  • Your pet could be a winner in this year's competition for the greatest percentage weight loss amongst participating dogs and cats.
  • To enter you need to attend a participating vet clinic with your pet. The vet must determine the goal weight for your pet and recommend an appropriate Hill's Prescription Diet food. The vet will need to verify your pet's starting weight on the Hill's PetFit Progress Tracker (online) or on your Progress Tracker record card.
  • "Before" and "After" photos of your pet should be taken and submitted before close of business on 26 / 11 / 2010. If you are not using the online Progress Tracker to manage your pet's weight loss program you will need your vet to verify your pet's weight-loss by stamping the progress chart with a clinic stamp and then submit your completed Hill's PetFit Progress Tracker card along with your pet's before and after photos
  • Details from your Progress Tracker as well as your vet's verification of weight details will also be used in the judging process.
  • The overall winner will receive a $2000 Flight Centre travel voucher plus a year's supply of Hill's Pet Nutrition pet food (to a maximum RRP value of $1500).
  • Closing date for entries is 23:59 EDT on the 26 / 11 / 2010.
